Hunter & Bobby's French Chateau Inspired Summer Wedding in New Jersey.

The morning of Hunter and Bobby's glorious September 1st wedding, I awoke to the weather man on the radio announcing that it was officially the most beautiful day of the year. Not a single cloud in the sky, and a perfect 75°F. An exquisite start to this French Chateau inspired affair at Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, NJ.

This wedding was a little extra special for me for several reasons. Firstly, it was my first wedding state-side, and only a mere 45 minutes from my hometown in New York. Secondly, I had the privilege of capturing Hunter and Bobby's surprise live proposal in London! It's a lovely full circle moment to be present at both the proposal and the wedding. Now on to the details of this unreal wedding that has everyone talking about it online! Let's start with Hunter's something blue: her FIFTEEN beautiful bridesmaids in varying shades of baby blue. Together with the groomsmen, this bridal party was a staggering 25 people in size, which made photographing them all together so much fun. The bridesmaids were down to have some fun with the poses, which resulted in some of my favorite bridal party shots to date.

The baby blue color was carried tastefully throughout the rest of the wedding, and could be found in the florals, stationary, and linens, along side more subtle shades of creamy white. Hunter wore a stunning dress designed by Adi Shlomo, veil from Galia Lahav, and nothing less than Jimmy Choos for her shoes.

Pleasantdale Chateau was the perfect European inspired venue to host this glamorous American wedding. We certainly weren't short of hidden photo spots, and the light carried just beautifully through the paned windows. After the ceremony in a local church, the party kicked off at the chateau with trio of pop-up bars: Aperol Spritz, Cigar, and Fresh Mozerella!

The sun went down, and we ended the night with a lot of dancing and a moment of silence for Hunters stunning dress change. 10/10.
