A traditional wedding doesn't necessarily equal 'boring'. And Mark and Miranda's quintessentially English wedding day is the perfect example. Ibiza tunes, flowing espresso martinis and aperol, all paired with morning suits and set to the backdrop of a 100 year old manor house in Somerset. Perfection. â€‹

The morning of Mark and Miranda's August wedding was full sun, not a cloud in sight. But that end of summer/early autumn wind brought much needed relief from the heat, creating the most beautiful day for their outdoor ceremony.

Music is not only a core part of this couple's relationship, but was a common theme throughout the wedding. The tunes started bright and early in the bridal suit, and the girly vibes were going strong as the bride and her bridesmaids danced around getting ready. In a stunning shade of sage green, the bridesmaids looked perfect in their satin Rewritten gowns. And the bride, breathtaking, in her Justin Alexander dress.

The floral design was kept simple yet incredibly impactful. Dangling gypsophila and branchy greenery complemented the green and white color scheme perfectly. Mark and Miranda were married under a generous and whimsical tumble of the white gypsophila around the back of Coombe Lodge.

After the ceremony, the party really got started. They had not one, but two drinks receptions mixed with lawn games and live music to ensure their guests had the most fabulous time. We still managed to find a slot at golden hour to run out and get photographs of just the two of them. While the clouds kicked in later in the evening blocking that late golden sun, I'm actually more obsessed with the twilight colors that we ended up getting. For some reason, I felt that the soft dusk evening light was better suited to this romantic venue.

The night ended with a wild party, which featured the groom on the dj decks!
